Consent for Participating in Online Conference of
JSMBE2020 and APCMBE2020
第59回日本生体医工学会大会 / APCMBE2020オンライン大会開催にあたり、以下の事項を ご一読いただき、同意いただける方のみご参加をお願いいたします。 参加者の皆様のご理解とご協力を何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
Before agreeing to participate in the Online Conference of JSMBE2020 and APCMBE2020, we strongly encourage you to read the following explanation of the conference. If you agree the content, we welcome you to participate in the conference.
1． オンライン大会のID及びログインパスワードは、参加料を支払った方のみにお伝えす る重要なデータです。第三者へ教えたり、SNS等で公開しないよう、くれぐれも取り扱 いには注意してください。なお、各IDごとにログデータを取得しますので、不正行為 が特定された場合には、法的措置をとらせていただく場合があることをご承知おきください。
1. It is prohibited for participants to inform anyone of your ID and password. When detected unauthorized access from the outside, we could take legal steps.
2．本会はZoom社のオンラインTV会議システムを使用して開催いたしますので、ZOOM社の システム障害や悪意のある参加者の進行妨害など、予期せぬトラブルが起こりうるこ とを事前にご承知おきのうえでご参加ください。
2. Our conference will be held online using video conference system ”ZOOM”. While we will do our best to prevent any incidents, Please note that there might be unexpected troubles on the Zoom system and interruptions by participants with malicious intent during the conference. We kindly ask for your understanding.
3.受信映像や発表資料の保存（画面キャプチャを含む）、録音、再配布など、発表者の権 利を侵害する行為は絶対に行わないでください。
3. Please note that it is prohibited for participants to save the presentation data including screen capture, to make video recording and to distribute these data to outsiders. Please do NOT infringe on the right of presenter.
4．無用な音声の流入や不安定なネットワークからの接続などにより会議の運用に支障が あると判断される場合には、大会事務局側から切断操作を行うことがありますので、予めご了承ください。
4. Please note that the congress organizer will disconnect the Zoom system if we realize that the meeting is hindered by inappropriate voice or unstable internet connection.
5．本大会では各セッションに参加できる人数に上限が設けられています。上限に達した 場合には、そのセッションへの接続ができませんので、予めご承知おきください。
The number of participants is limited in each session. If it exceeds maximum number at the session, it is not allowed to join.
6．講演者及び発表者は、発表資料について、他人の著作物の無断使用とならないよう、 引用として出典を明確にすることはもちろんのこと、学会でのオンラインでの発表は自 動公衆送信による再送信とみなされることを踏まえた内容であることの事前確認をお願 いします。
Presenters are required not to use data in your presentation without permission. Please clarify the source as citations. Presenters should confirm the content of online presentation in consideration of retransmission by automatic public transmission in advance.
7.利用者（参加者及び登壇者含む）のインターネット環境により、接続障害等の不具合が 生じる可能性があることをご承知おきください。
7. Please note that there might be a possibility on network failure depending on the internet environment of participants.
8.ポスターのディスカッションには、Zoomのミーティング機能を使用します。 ウェビナー機能を使う講演発表のように、音声・録画・画面共有の制限がかかりません ので、発表者・閲覧者は十分に注意したうえで、公序良俗に反しない行動をお願いしま す。
Poster presentation will be held online using a Zoom Meeting system. Fraudulent use of scientific data is prohibited. Please do NOT violate public order and morality in the poster session.
